Ajouter les jaunes juste avant d&rsquo;arr\u00eater de battre (toujours au fouet).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Incorporer d\u00e9licatement la farine et la poudre d&rsquo;amandes.<\/span><br><br> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule flexipat (ou dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau roul\u00e9) et faire cuire 20 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Laisser refroidir dans le #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">12 g de feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">300 g de framboises (en ce moment d\u00e9congel\u00e9es)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">100 g de sucre<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">le jus d&rsquo;un 1\/2 citron<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">350 gr de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">enti\u00e8re<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Faire ramollir\u00c2&nbsp;la g\u00e9latine dans de l&rsquo;eau froide.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ajoutez le sucre aux framboises bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9es.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Essorer la g\u00e9latine dans les mains puis la faire fondre dans le jus de citron chauff\u00e9 au micro-ondes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">L&rsquo;incorporer aux fruits.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><br> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Battre la cr\u00e8me en chantilly et l&rsquo;ajouter aux framboises.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D\u00e9mouler le biscuit et le couper en deux dans la longueur.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Poser une moiti\u00e9 sur un plat de service.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Poser un cadre inox afin de proc\u00e9der au montage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Verser une couche de mousse, l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 du biscuit, puis le reste de mousse aux fruits.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">R\u00e9server 3 heures au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer une gel\u00e9e de framboises.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Faire bouillir le coulis avec le sucre \u00e0 confiture pendant 5 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Verser dans le moule fl\u00e9xipat (ou sur une plaque \u00e0 g\u00e2teau roul\u00e9 recouverte d&rsquo;un papier sulfuris\u00e9) et laisser durcir.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Retirer le cadre inox du g\u00e2teau d\u00e8s la sortie du cong\u00e9lateur et poser la gel\u00e9e prise dessus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D\u00e9corer avec des framboises ou des fleurs en sucre.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
