Dix minutes plus tard une personne me t\u00e9l\u00e9phonait pour s&rsquo;excuser et m&rsquo;offrir un produit en \u00e9change.<\/p>\n          <p>J&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u dans la semaine une magnifique boite en bois de caramels bretons au beurre sal\u00e9, \u00e9videmment d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n          <p>Merci encore \u00e0 la maison d&rsquo;Armorine.<\/p>\n          <figure class=\"wp-block-image ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">50 g de poudre d&rsquo;amandes<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">50 g de beurre ramolli<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">50 g de sucre<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u0153uf<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 CS de farine<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Eclats de Salidou<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0 (therm 6).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dans un saladier, fouetter l&rsquo;\u0153uf avec le sucre, ajouter le beurre ramolli, m\u00e9langer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ajouter la poudre d&rsquo;amandes et la farine, bien m\u00e9langer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Eplucher les poires, les couper en lamelles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Etaler la p\u00e2te et d\u00e9couper les formes rondes pour les tartelettes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Les poser dans les moules individuels, placer les poires dessus, verser la pr\u00e9paration amandine.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Recouvrir de quelques \u00e9clats de Salidou.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Enfourner pour 25 min.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n          <p><span
