<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On le cuisinera avec de bons produits frais de chez le charcutier car c&rsquo;est jour de f\u00eates quand m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le boudin blanc est vraiment tr\u00e8s bon \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;il soit de bonne qualit\u00e9, sans trop de gras et de go\u00fbt ajout\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0soit class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CS de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">80 g de ch\u00e2taignes cuites sous vide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CS d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sel, poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CC de <a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/index.php\/2011\/02\/10\/chapelure-maison\/\">chapelure<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pour le<\/span><\/em> <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">crumble&nbsp;<\/span><\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CS de chapelure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CS de parmesan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CS d&rsquo;amandes en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 CS de beurre un peu mou<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utiliser un reste de pur\u00e9e ou la pr\u00e9parer comme dans \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/index.php\/2011\/02\/22\/puree-de-pommes-de-terre\/\">\u00a0pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une po\u00eale faire fondre le beurre et l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote \u00e9minc\u00e9e finement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand elle devient transparente, baisser le feu et ajouter les ch\u00e2taignes grossi\u00e8rement coup\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saler et poivrer et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale d\u00e9poser les boudins coup\u00e9s en rondelles \u00e9paisses pour les dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parer le crumble en m\u00e9langeant \u00e0 la fourchette le beurre, le parmesan, la chapelure et la poudre d&rsquo;amandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poser deux cercles, sur une plaque anti-adh\u00e9sive allant au four et monter la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commencer par 1 CC de chapelure, la pur\u00e9e, les rondelles de boudins, les ch\u00e2taignes, le crumble et terminer par les amandes effil\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre au four 15 \u00e0 20 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0 pour r\u00e9chauffer et dorer les
