aux deux choux et aux carottes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Qu&rsquo;y-a-t-il de mieux \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode qu&rsquo;un bon gratin de l\u00e9gumes ?\n          <\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des choux mais on pourra remplacer par des poireaux, des salsifis ou autres l\u00e9gumes de saison.<\/p>\n<p>Le crumble apporte une petite touche craquante au moelleux de la sauce b\u00e9chamel.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;utilise la chapelure dans l&rsquo;appareil \u00e0 crumble pour retrouver ce craquant que l&rsquo;on a moins avec\u00a0 la farine (\u00e0 mon class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Appareil \u00e0 crumble<\/span><\/em> :<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">1 CS de poudre d&rsquo;amandes<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">1 CS de beurre tendre<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">2 CS de chapelure<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">2 CS de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">Ecraser le beurre \u00e0 la fourchette avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te compacte.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">Laisser au frais.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">Eplucher et nettoyer les l\u00e9gumes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">Couper les carottes en rondelles, d\u00e9tacher les bouquets du chou fleur et couper le chou vert en 8 morceaux.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">Cuire le tout dans une grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">Laisser \u00e9goutter.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
