font-size: 12pt;\">400 ml de lait<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">100 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">5 g de ma\u00efzena<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">100 g de chocolat<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">20 g de sucre en poudre<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 poires<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 jus de citron<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 CS de pistaches non sal\u00e9es<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Torr\u00e9fier les pistaches au four \u00e0 160\u00b0 pendant 15 minutes et laisser refroidir.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mettre le lait, la cr\u00e8me dans une grande casserole et chauffer le tout \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Dans un bol, blanchir les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0080\u0099\u0153ufs avec le sucre et ajouter la ma\u00efzena.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Casser le chocolat dans un bol.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">D\u00e8s les premiers bouillons, retirer la casserole de lait du feu et verser la moiti\u00e9 du lait sur<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">le chocolat.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">M\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tout le chocolat ait fondu et que la pr\u00e9paration soit bien lisse.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ajouter alors le reste de lait, m\u00e9langer et verser le tout sur le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 base d&rsquo;\u0153ufs.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">M\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau, puis cuire le tout \u00e0 petits fr\u00e9missements, sans arr\u00eater de m\u00e9langer, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration \u00e9paississe.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">R\u00e9partir ensuite la cr\u00e8me dans des petits pots et la laisser refroidir, puis la mettre au frais pendant au moins 2 h.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Au moment de servir, \u00e9plucher et mixer les poires avec le jus d&rsquo;un \u00bc citron et r\u00e9partir sur les cr\u00e8mes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Concasser grossi\u00e8rement les pistaches et saupoudrer la pur\u00e9e de poires.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>On peut remplacer la pur\u00e9e de poires par une pur\u00e9e de mangues.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;
