d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CC de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CC de vinaigre blanc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 ananas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 CS de miel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CS de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200ml de cr\u00e8me liquide <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">enti\u00e8re<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 CS de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commencer \u00e0 monter les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs en neige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand la pr\u00e9paration commence \u00e0 prendre, ajouter la ma\u00efzena d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans le vinaigre blanc, puis le sucre en plusieurs fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continuer de battre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit bien ferme et brillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire 8 formes ovales (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe) sur une feuille de cuisson et mettre au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 130\u00b0 (therm 4) pendant 1h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eplucher l&rsquo;ananas et le couper en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une po\u00eale faire chauffer le beurre, y ajouter l&rsquo;ananas et le miel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser caram\u00e9liser \u00e0 feu doux environ 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parer la chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand la cr\u00e8me est presque prise ajouter le sucre et continuer de battre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit bien ferme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assembler deux coques de meringues avec des morceaux d&rsquo;ananas en les collant avec la cr\u00e8me chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Servir de suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de faire l&rsquo;assemblage au dernier moment.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Si la cr\u00e8me
