Ajouter la poudre d&rsquo;amandes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, sans serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Monter les blancs en neige ferme, ajouter le sucre en poudre. M\u00e9ler d\u00e9licatement aux poudres.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, sans serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sur une plaque de cuisson, poser une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Etaler la moiti\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration en un rectangle de 20x10cm, d&rsquo;une hauteur de 1cm environ (moi je le fais avec la poche \u00e0 douille). Si vous avez la place, faites 2 rectangles sur la m\u00eame plaque.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, sans serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mettre au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 175\u00b0 pendant 12 \u00e0 15mn.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, sans serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Laisser refroidir puis \u00e9taler \u00be de la ganache sur une plaque de macaron. Poser la 2\u00e8me plaque de macaron, puis recouvrir du reste de ganache. D\u00e9corer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, sans serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Ganache au chocolat<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, sans serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">50 g de chocolat dessert, 100g de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, sans serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Faire chauffer 25g de cr\u00e8me ajouter le chocolat en petits morceaux et fouetter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit fondu.
