jarret de veau ou 4 petits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd citron non trait\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 poign\u00e9es d&rsquo;amandes mond\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 poign\u00e9es de raisins blonds secs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CC de coriandre en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CC de cumin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd CC de cannelle en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 dose de safran<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd boite de tomates pel\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 courgettes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 carottes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 piment ou 2 pinc\u00e9es en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">quelques feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sel, poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CS de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 CS d&rsquo;huile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une cocotte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y faire dorer les morceaux de viande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saler, poivrer et saupoudrer avec les \u00e9pices en poudre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien m\u00e9langer et laisser revenir encore 2 ou 3 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter la menthe hach\u00e9e, l&rsquo;ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9 et \u00e9cras\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eplucher les carottes et les couper en gros cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Couper le citron en rondelles fines avec l&rsquo;\u00e9corce, le poser sur la viande, puis les raisins, les amandes, les carottes, le piment et les tomates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saupoudrer du sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser 1 verre d&rsquo;eau, poser le couvercle et mettre au four \u00e0 160\u00b0 pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au bout de ce temps, ajouter les courgettes coup\u00e9es en b\u00e2tonnets \u00e9pais et laisser encore 1 heure en baissant le four \u00e0 130\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Servir avec une semoule ou du riz
