class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du beau potiron achet\u00e9 au <a href=\"https:\/\/sennevieres.com\/le-marche\/\">March\u00e9 de Sennevi\u00e8res<\/a>, du fromage frais qu&rsquo;il me restait au frigo et c&rsquo;est parti pour un petit risotto improvis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9licieusement cr\u00e9meux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a arborio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tranche de potiron<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de noix de p\u00e9can<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 oignon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cube de bouillon de poule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 verre de vin blanc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 fromage frais cr\u00e9meux (genre Mme Lo\u00efc ou philadelphia)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Couper le potiron en petits cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand il a blondi , ajouter le riz et les cubes de potiron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remuer pendant 1 min, puis verser le vin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire chauffer 1 litre d&rsquo;eau bouillante, ajouter le bouillon et laisser fondre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand le vin est compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9, commencer \u00e0 verser un peu de bouillon, juste pour couvrir le riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser mijoter tranquillement \u00e0 feu doux en m\u00e9langeant souvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter du bouillon \u00e0 chaque fois qu&rsquo;il est absorb\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette cuisson dure environ 25 \u00e0 30 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le riz semble trop ferme, rajouter un peu de bouillon et couvrir 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la fin de la cuisson du riz, incorporer la cr\u00e8me, le fromage frais et les noix de p\u00e9can concass\u00e9es au couteau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Servir tr\u00e8s chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
