feuillet\u00e9es<br><br>1 jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf<br><br>1 CS de lait froid<br><br><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/em> :<br><br>120 g de beurre<br><br>120 g de sucre glace<br><br>120 g de poudre d&rsquo;amande<br><br>2 \u0153ufs<br><br>1 CC de rhum ambr\u00e9<br><br><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<\/span><\/em> :<br><br>150 ml de lait,<br><br><br>30 g de sucre en poudre<br><br>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<br><br>2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<br><br>15 g de ma\u00efzena<br><br>Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<br><br>Faire bouillir le lait.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Fouetter les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et les sucres.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ajouter la ma\u00efzena puis le lait, reverser dans la casserole, faire \u00e9paissir 2 min en fouettant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Laisser refroidir.<br><br><em>Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;amande<\/em> :<br> <br>Dans un saladier, fouetter le beurre ramolli en pommade.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Incorporer les \u0153ufs entiers, la poudre d&rsquo;amande et le sucre glace puis parfumer de rhum.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Lisser la cr\u00e8me au fouet.<br><br>Etaler une p\u00e2te sur une feuille de cuisson et la piquer avec une fourchette.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">M\u00e9langer les deux cr\u00e8mes pour obtenir une frangipane et l&rsquo;\u00e9taler au centre de la p\u00e2te.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Arr\u00eater a 3cm du bord.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Placer la f\u00e8ve, badigeonner les bords avec de l&rsquo;eau, recouvrir du second disque de p\u00e2te.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pour souder, presser les bords avec une fourchette.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Badigeonner la surface avec la moitie du\u00a0jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf m\u00e9lang\u00e9 au lait et placer au frigo 30 min.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0 (therm 7).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Badigeonner une seconde fois avec l&rsquo;\u0153uf et inciser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec un couteau pour d\u00e9corer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Faire un petit trou au centre de la galette pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;elle ne gonfle.<\/span><\/span>Saupoudrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de sucre glace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Faire cuire 30 min.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
