!\u00a0 tout petit ! livre de recettes, celui d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la barre que l&rsquo;on conna\u00eet depuis toujours, Mars.\u00a0 Il parait que l&rsquo;on appelle cela la cuisine 12pt;\">160 g de beurre<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">60 g de sucre glace<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">10 g de farine<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 barres de Mars coup\u00e9es en morceaux<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pour les moules<\/span><\/em> :<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 CS de beurre<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 CS de farine<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Casser le chocolat en morceaux et faire fondre avec le beurre coup\u00e9 aussi en morceaux.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bien m\u00e9langer et ajouter le sucre et la farine.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Casser les \u0153ufs et s\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Incorporer les jaunes un \u00e0 un dans la pr\u00e9paration.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Monter les blancs en neige avec le sel.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Les incorporer d\u00e9licatement au m\u00e9lange au chocolat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Verser dans des moules \u00e0 muffins beurr\u00e9s et farin\u00e9s (ou en silicone).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Parsemer avec les morceaux de Mars.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mettre au four pour 20 min.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Laisser compl\u00e8tement refroidir avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Servir froid avec 1 cuill\u00e8re de cr\u00e8me Chantilly.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br><\/br><\/span><\/p>\n
