de fond de veau<\/p>\n<p>Si le r\u00f4ti est bard\u00e9, retirer la barde et la ficelle.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un grand couteau pointu, faire 2 fentes dans la longueur.<\/p>\n<p>Fourrer avec environ 6 d&rsquo;abricots.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>Verser un verre d&rsquo;eau, 1 CS de fond de veau, couvrir et baisser la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0
