(ou 1 potimarron)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 grosse \u00e9chalote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">125 g de lardons fum\u00e9s (facultatif)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">50 g de comt\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sel, poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 noix de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laver et couper la courge en 8 gros morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retirer les p\u00e9pins \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuire \u00e0 la vapeur pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser un peu refroidir puis retirer la peau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Couper en lamelles \u00e9paisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eplucher l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et l&rsquo;\u00e9mincer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire fondre 1 noix de beurre dans une po\u00e8le et faire dorer l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote sans la brunir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etaler la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e dans un moule \u00e0 tarte et piquer le fond avec une fourchette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9poser les morceaux de courge, les lardons et l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raper le comt\u00e9 au dessus .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Battre les blancs en neige, cela va apporter un c\u00f4t\u00e9 a\u00e9rien \u00e0 la quiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saler et poivrer les jaunes et les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me puis incorporer d\u00e9licatement les blancs mont\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser sur le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9guster avec une salade assaisonn\u00e9e au vinaigre balsamique et \u00e0
