class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 jaune d\u2019\u0153uf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 cc de vanille (facultatif)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g de farine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 poires (ou une grosse boite de poires au sirop)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i><u>Cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;amandes&nbsp;<\/u><\/i>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 g de poudre d&rsquo;amandes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langer le beurre et le sucre glace dans un bol jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit cr\u00e9meuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, la vanille et m\u00e9langer encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamiser la farine sur la pr\u00e9paration et former une boule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre au frais au moins 2 heures dans un film alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 tarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuire la p\u00e2te \u00e0 blanc pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Augmenter la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 210\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travailler 100 g de beurre mou avec 100 g de sucre, la poudre d&rsquo;amandes et les 2 \u0153ufs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peler les poires et les couper en lamelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9partir la cr\u00e8me sur le fond de tarte et disposer les lamelles de poires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter quelques amandes effil\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuire 40 minutes et laisser ti\u00e9dir avant de
