frais<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 g de saumon fum\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 CS de persil hach\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sel, poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i><u>sauce cr\u00e9m\u00e9e au cresson&nbsp;<\/u><\/i>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 belle poign\u00e9e de cresson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide enti\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u00e9chalote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sel, poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire retirer la peau du poisson par votre poissonnier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retirer les ar\u00eates et l&rsquo;essuyer soigneusement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Couper en morceaux et mettre dans le mixer avec le saumon fum\u00e9, la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse, les \u0153ufs, le sel (pas trop), le poivre et le persil hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mixer finement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans des moules individuels ou dans un moule \u00e0 cake, pr\u00e9alablement huil\u00e9s et mettre au four pendant 15 minutes (30 pour le moule \u00e0 cake).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i><u>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce<\/u><\/i>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blanchir le cresson pendant 3 minutes dans de l&rsquo;eau fr\u00e9missante, \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mixer ensemble le cresson, l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote \u00e9pluch\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e, sel, poivre et cr\u00e8me liquide jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange onctueux et mont\u00e9 un peu comme une chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendre quelques minutes avant de d\u00e9mouler les flans, servir chaud ou froid avec la sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cette recette peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans des moules individuels Flexipan , dans ce cas on en fera 12, ou dans des mini fours pour un ap\u00e9ritif et on en fera 30.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Elle peut \u00eatre servie chaude avec la m\u00eame sauce ou avec une sauce beurre \u00e9chalote et du riz pour en faire un plat
