la soupe, que j&rsquo;adore mais qui parfois lasse ma famille. <\/p><p>Voici la premi\u00e8re d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de trois.<\/p><p>Un plat moelleux \u00e0 souhait, qui sera parfait pour le potiron<\/p><p>200 g de jambon coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/p><p>80 g de gruy\u00e8re<\/p><p>4 CS de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/p><p>4 CS de sauce b\u00e9chamel<\/p><p>4 CS de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p><p>sel poivre<\/p><p>4 feuilles de p\u00e2tes \u00e0 lasagnes<\/p><p>1 CS d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p><p>1 CS de beurre(pour le plat)<\/p><p>M\u00e9langer la pur\u00e9e de potiron avec le gruy\u00e8re, le jambon et la cr\u00e8me.<\/p><p>Rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement.<\/p><p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0(therm 6).<\/p><p>Cuire les feuilles de lasagnes dans une grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e pendant 4 min.<\/p><p>Ajouter une CS d&rsquo;huile dans l&rsquo;eau pour \u00e9viter que les feuilles ne collent entre elles.<\/p><p>Les \u00e9goutter sur un torchon
