Je sais c&rsquo;est pas terrible et en plus il m&rsquo;en a fallu deux.<\/p>\n<p>Mais cela n&rsquo;a rien enlev\u00e9 au fondant de ce d\u00e9licieux g\u00e2teau et il s&rsquo;est super bien d\u00e9moul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cela m&rsquo;a pris \u00e0 peine 10 min de pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gateaux-001-copie-1.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"299\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gateaux-001-copie-1.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3471\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gateaux-002.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"299\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gateaux-002.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3472\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gateaux-005.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gateaux-005.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3473\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 personnes<\/span><\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gateaux-007.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"299\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gateaux-007.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3474\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g de chocolat au lait p\u00e2tissier<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">60 g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 CS de cr\u00e8me de riz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">80 g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0 (therm 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire fondre le chocolat dans le beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter les jaunes et le sucre dans le chocolat, puis la cr\u00e8me de riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien m\u00e9langer ces ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Battre les blancs en neige ferme et m\u00ealer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration chocolat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser dans un moule plus haut que large et mettre au four pour 15 min environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piquer avec un couteau pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le g\u00e2teau ne doit pas trop cuire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un tr\u00e9sor de moelleux !
