passent quelques jours en vacances avec nous, qui ont confectionn\u00e9 le g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sentable, mais c&rsquo;est la derni\u00e8re part qui a pu \u00eatre sauv\u00e9e pour la photo !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 8 personnes<\/span><\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A faire la veille.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pour la g\u00e9noise<\/span><\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">70 g de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">35 g de chocolat \u00e0 p\u00e2tisser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">40 g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">50 g de petits beurre \u00e9miett\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">25 g de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pour la mousse au chocolat<\/span><\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300g de chocolat noir ou au lait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">50 g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pour la ganache<\/span><\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g de chocolat blanc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 g de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">colorant bleu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>pour le d\u00e9cor<\/em><\/span> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">p\u00e2te d&rsquo;amande<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9parer la g\u00e9noise<\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0 (therm 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Battre les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et la moiti\u00e9 du sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange double de volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire fondre le chocolat et l&rsquo;incorporer une fois ti\u00e9di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monter les blancs en neige avec le reste de sucre et incorporer d\u00e9licatement au premier m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langer la poudre de biscuits avec la ma\u00efzena et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser la p\u00e2te sur une plaque de cuisson (type plaque \u00e0 b\u00fbche) recouverte d&rsquo;un papier sulfuris\u00e9 et mettre au four<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser refroidir 10 min et d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9parer la mousse<\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire fondre le chocolat au bain marie avec le beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs un \u00e0 un en m\u00e9langeant \u00e9nergiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monter les blancs en neige et incorporer au chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Montage<\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Habiller un saladier, carr\u00e9 de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence (20cm), de film alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tapisser de g\u00e9noise coup\u00e9e en plusieurs morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser la mousse, faire un couvercle avec le reste de g\u00e9noise et placer au frais jusqu&rsquo;au lendemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9parer la ganache<\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire chauffer la cr\u00e8me et faire fondre le chocolat blanc dedans en m\u00e9langeant bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter le colorant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la couleur d\u00e9sir\u00e9e et mettre au frais jusqu&rsquo;au lendemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a underline;\">Montage<\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9mouler le g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n<p>Fouetter la ganache jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 consistance de la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Recouvrir le g\u00e2teau de ganache.<\/p>\n<p>Faire un ruban avec la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;amande, former un n\u0153ud et le poser sur le g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n<p>Remettre au frais jusqu&rsquo;au moment de
