class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 ml de lait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 g de g\u00e9latine (2 feuilles)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 CS de confiture de poire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la gel\u00e9e<\/span><\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 g de pur\u00e9e de poire (ici Capfruit de chez Demarle)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 feuille de g\u00e9latine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire tremper les 2 feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans de l&rsquo;eau froide pendant 10 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire chauffer la cr\u00e8me, le lait et la confiture de poire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorporer la g\u00e9latine en remuant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans des coupelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser refroidir et mettre au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire tremper la derni\u00e8re feuille de g\u00e9latine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chauffer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la pur\u00e9e de poire et d\u00e9layer la g\u00e9latine ramollie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser refroidir suffisamment (pas trop, la gel\u00e9e ne doit pas \u00eatre prise) et poser sur la cr\u00e8me froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser au froid 2h.<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><br><br><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><span style=\"display: block;
