poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">180 g de farine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30 g de poudre d&rsquo;amandes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 g de levure chimique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250 g de fraises<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 160\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fouetter le beurre mou avec le sucre et les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter la poudre d&rsquo;amandes, la farine et la levure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langer intimement les ingr\u00e9dients et arr\u00eater d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;une boule se forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etaler dans une tourti\u00e8re de 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recouvrir d&rsquo;un papier sulfuris\u00e9 et de l\u00e9gumes secs pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 cet effet ou d&rsquo;une tourti\u00e8re plus petite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre au four 15 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retirer le papier et laisser encore 5 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re*<\/span><\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">35 ml de lait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">80 g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">35 g de farine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gousse de vanille<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire chauffer le lait avec la gousse de vanille fendue en deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fouetter les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs avec le sucre puis ajouter la farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser le lait sans arr\u00eater de fouetter, sur le m\u00e9lange jaunes &lsquo;\u0080\u0093 sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remettre dans la casserole et faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Equeuter les fraises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9mouler la tarte et \u00e9taler la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disposer les fraises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saupoudrer de sucre glace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
