font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 gros oignon<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">500 g de champignons (ici des champignons sauvages surgel\u00e9s)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3 pommes<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 bouteille de cidre brut<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">250 g de lardons fum\u00e9s<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">15 cl de calvados<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3 CS de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 CS d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">25 g de beurre<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 CS de farine<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">riz (en accompagnement)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Saisir les lardons dans le fond de la cocotte puis ajouter et faire dorer l&rsquo;oignon.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ajouter les morceaux de dindonneau et les dorer sur toutes les faces.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Flamber avec la moiti\u00e9 du calvados, recouvrir de cidre, saler, poivrer et laisser cuire 1h \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Retirer la viande, ajouter les champignons et faire bouillir pour r\u00e9duire la sauce de moiti\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Baisser le feu et verser la cr\u00e8me.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Epaissir la sauce en liant avec le beurre \u00e9cras\u00e9 avec la CS de farine (beurre mani\u00e9).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Faire dorer les pommes coup\u00e9es en quartiers dans du beurre et une fois bien confites, les flamber avec le reste de calvados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080;
