petites pommes de terre<\/p><p>400 g de haricots blancs cuits en bocal (ou haricots tarbais frais)<\/p><p>2 grains d&rsquo;ail<\/p><p>sel poivre<\/p><p>1 branche de thym<\/p><p>1 feuille de laurier<\/p><p>1 bouillon cube<\/p><p>Dans une cocotte qui va au four (en fonte ou tupperware), d\u00e9poser le jarret et tous les l\u00e9gumes sauf les haricots.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image baisser \u00e0 120\u00b0 (therm 4) pendant encore 3\/4h.<\/p><p>Verser les haricots \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et rinc\u00e9s et laisser chauffer encore<\/p><p>20 min.<\/p><p>Servir bien chaud.<\/p><figure
