Saler et poivrer \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laver et cuire le chou fleur dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e pendant 15 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piquer pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Egoutter et laisser un peu refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps, battre l&rsquo;\u0153uf en omelette, l&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la b\u00e9chamel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langer la sauce et le gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 au chou fleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disposer dans des cocottes ou des ronds en inox, saupoudrer de chapelure et faire gratiner au four \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 20 min (il faut que l&rsquo;\u0153uf cuise pour faire tenir la pr\u00e9paration).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Id\u00e9al pour accompagner un poisson ou un r\u00f4ti !
