Dans une po\u00eale faire griller \u00e0 sec les 4 tranches de coppa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un saladier mettre le fenouil tranch\u00e9, ajouter la pomme, les cerneaux de noix, les quartiers d&rsquo;orange et la f\u00eata coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presser bien les restes de l&rsquo;orange pour en extraire le plus possible de jus.
