Je n&rsquo;ai pas fait de pot-au-feu, mais hier, j&rsquo;ai fait une <a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/index.php\/2011\/02\/22\/garbure-soupe-complete-du-sud-ouest\/\">garbure<\/a> et j&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre un morceau de g\u00eete dans le bouillon. Faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon dans une po\u00eale avec 1 CS d&rsquo;huile.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Quand l&rsquo;oignon est transparent, ajouter la viande et d\u00e9tendre avec le bouillon.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Beurrer un plat \u00e0 gratin, mettre une couche de pur\u00e9e, une couche de viande et terminer par une couche de pur\u00e9e.
