En France, elle d\u00e9signait la tranche de pain sur laquelle on versait un bouillon aux l\u00e9gumes ou tout autre liquide.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A base de bouillon, de l\u00e9gumes, mix\u00e9s ou non, la soupe peut devenir plat pour peu qu&rsquo;on lui ajoute viande, poisson, p\u00e2tes ou fromage. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><em>Par ici la bonne soupe !<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 CS de graisse de canard r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e dans le confit<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">* <span style=\"color: #000000;\">l&rsquo;id\u00e9al c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;avoir des haricots Tarbais, mais dans notre r\u00e9gion c&rsquo;est mission impossible, on peut dans ce cas utiliser les haricots de Soissons. <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Attention<\/span>, si vous n&rsquo;avez que des haricots secs, pensez \u00e0 les faire tremper la veille dans de l&rsquo;eau.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eplucher et laver tous les l\u00e9gumes. Les couper en morceaux moyens. Dans une cocotte, faire revenir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement l&rsquo;oignon et le poireau dans la graisse de canard. Ajouter les autres l\u00e9gumes, le sel, le poivre, les bouillons cubes et recouvrer largement d&rsquo;eau chaude.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Faire cuire couvert, \u00e0 petits bouillons 1h30.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D\u00e9graisser le confit de canard et le chauffer doucement dans le four 15 min. Effilocher dans des assiettes creuses et verser la soupe et les l\u00e9gumes dessus.
