Quelle corv\u00e9e ! Mais il n&rsquo;y a pas \u00e0 dire, le r\u00e9sultat est l\u00e0. Et puis maintenant, j&rsquo;ai un truc. Quand je vais au march\u00e9, je demande des \u00ab\u00a0patates de feignante\u00a0\u00bb. Et je vous assure, avec 4 ou 5 patates, on arrive vite au kilo.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Legumes-Hachis-pas-ordinaire-001.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"299\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Legumes-Hachis-pas-ordinaire-001.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4256\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">1 kg de pommes de terre<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">3 CS de beurre<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">*<\/span><br>20 cl de lait chaud<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">1 CC de gros sel<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">*<\/span> au go\u00fbt de chacun, Jo\u00ebl Robuchon pr\u00e9conise 250 g de beurre.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">Eplucher et laver les pommes de terre. Les couper en morceaux (peu importe la taille). Faire cuire 10 min \u00e0 la cocotte minute ou 25 min dans une casserole avec le gros sel.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Legumes-Hachis-pas-ordinaire-003.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"299\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Legumes-Hachis-pas-ordinaire-003.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4257\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">Vider presque toute l&rsquo;eau de cuisson (je laisse 4 \u00e0 5 CS dans le fond), \u00e9craser<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">*<\/span>. Ajouter le lait chauff\u00e9 au micro-ondes, le beurre et fouetter. Servir bien chaud.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">C&rsquo;est mieux d&rsquo;\u00e9craser la pur\u00e9e au moment de servir, car le r\u00e9chauffage n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s bon.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">On peut pr\u00e9senter en portion individuelle avec un peu de <a>chapelure<\/a> et passer au four, c&rsquo;est plus joli.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Legumes-Hachis-pas-ordinaire-006.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"299\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Legumes-Hachis-pas-ordinaire-006.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4258\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">*<\/span>On a diff\u00e9rentes techniques pour \u00e9craser la pur\u00e9e. Soit on a un presse-pur\u00e9e \u00e9lectrique ou manuel, soit on a rien et alors l\u00e0 on prend la fourchette mais \u00ab\u00a0on n&rsquo;est pas sorti de l&rsquo;auberge\u00a0\u00bb, soit miracle on a un fouet \u00e9lectrique. Si, si, j&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien.
