Ajouter le saumon d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res. Faire chauffer \u00e0 tr\u00e8s petits bouillons pendant 5 min (cela va cuire le saumon). Ajouter le riz et l&rsquo;aneth, laisser sur feu doux juste le temps de r\u00e9chauffer. Pr\u00e9senter dans une assiette creuse, donner 2 tours de moulin \u00e0 poivre et ajouter le filet de jus de citron.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">D\u00e9guster tr\u00e8s chaud.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">Apr\u00e8s une soupe de l\u00e9gumes, c&rsquo;est un excellent plat pour le soir.<br><br><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">On peut r\u00e2per du parmesan, mais personnellement je ne trouve pas que cela se marie tr\u00e8s bien avec le saumon.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">On peut remplacer le saumon par du jambon italien, des pointes d&rsquo;asperges, des champignons, etc&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">R\u00e9chauffer le riz doucement dans le lait cr\u00eam\u00e9, va lui donner une onctuosit\u00e9 <em>proche<\/em> de celle du riz \u00e0 risotto. <em>(j&rsquo;ai bien dit proche) !<\/em><br><br><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pourquoi \u00ab\u00a0faux risotto\u00a0\u00bb me direz-vous ?
