Chacun a apport\u00e9 ses cr\u00eapes et nous les avons partag\u00e9es. Toutes \u00e9taient d\u00e9licieuses. J&rsquo;avais choisi de \u00ab\u00a0cr\u00eaper\u00a0\u00bb la partie ap\u00e9ritive avec des blinis et des cr\u00eapes roul\u00e9es.<\/span> <\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/52-cuisine-006.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"299\" height=\"224\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/52-cuisine-006.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4293\"\/><\/a><\/figure><p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour 12 \u00e0 15 mini-blinis<\/span><\/em> :<\/span><\/p><ul> <li> <span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 oeuf battu<\/span> <\/li> <li> <span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 yaourt brass\u00e9 (120g)<\/span> <\/li> <li> <span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">80g de farine<\/span> <\/li> <li> <span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/span> <\/li> <li> <span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 CC de levure chimique<\/span> <\/li> <li> <span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 CS d&rsquo;huile pour la po\u00eale<\/span> <\/li> <\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients. La p\u00e2te est plus \u00e9paisse qu&rsquo;une p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Faire chauffer \u00e0 feu vif la po\u00eale frott\u00e9e avec un papier essuie-tout tremp\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;huile.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Faire tomber une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te dans la po\u00eale, le rond doit se former tout seul (n&rsquo;\u00e9talez pas). Si la p\u00e2te reste en bloc, ajouter un peu de lait pour la rendre plus fluide (attention pas trop, la valeur de 2 CS).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Des petites bulles vont se former, on peut alors retourner le blini et le laisser cuire encore environ 1 minute. Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 baisser un peu le feu, le blini se colore assez vite<br><\/br><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">C&rsquo;est hyper simple et bien meilleur que les blinis du commerce.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">J&rsquo;avais accompagn\u00e9 de tarama et de <a>rillettes<\/a> \u00ab\u00a0vite fait\u00a0\u00bb de saumon fum\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n          \n            \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hier soir nous avions une petite \u00ab\u00a0soir\u00e9e cr\u00eapes\u00a0\u00bb organis\u00e9e par la commission des f\u00eates de ma commune.
