{"id":449,"date":"2015-06-02T00:54:09","date_gmt":"2015-06-01T22:54:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/index.php\/2022\/10\/06\/choux-a-la-creme-chantilly\/"},"modified":"2023-12-14T21:45:19","modified_gmt":"2023-12-14T20:45:19","slug":"choux-a-la-creme-chantilly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/index.php\/2015\/06\/02\/choux-a-la-creme-chantilly\/","title":{"rendered":"Choux \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me Chantilly"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Et si on se faisait un petit plaisir ?<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/20150602-ob_a246c2_chou-a-la-creme.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/20150602-ob_a246c2_chou-a-la-creme.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/20150602-ob_a246c2_chou-a-la-creme.JPG 1000w, https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/20150602-ob_a246c2_chou-a-la-creme-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/20150602-ob_a246c2_chou-a-la-creme-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i><u>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 30 choux<\/u><\/i>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">125 ml de lait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">125 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g de farine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i><u>pour la cr\u00e8me Chantilly<\/u><\/i>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 ml de cr\u00e8me fleurette enti\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 CS de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gousse de vanille<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(ou chantilly du commerce)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i><u>Pour la d\u00e9coration<\/u><\/i>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sucre glace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une casserole, verser le lait et l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux et le sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire chauffer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le beurre soit fondu, hors du feu, ajouter alors la farine d&rsquo;un coup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langer \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remettre sur le feu pendant 2 minutes en remuant sans arr\u00eat pour dess\u00e9cher la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser refroidir quelques minutes et ajouter les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un en remuant \u00e9nergiquement la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette op\u00e9ration peut se faire au robot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remplir une poche \u00e0 douille ronde unie (14 mm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, former des boules de p\u00e2te d&rsquo;environ 5 cm de diam\u00e8tre, espac\u00e9es les unes des autres (elles gonflent \u00e0 la cuisson).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre au four 20 \u00e0 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i><b>Attention&nbsp;<\/b>: le four ne doit pas \u00eatre ouvert au moins les 20 premi\u00e8res minutes.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i>Si les choux colorent trop vite, baisser la temp\u00e9rature de 10\u00b0 sans ouvrir le four.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me Chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ouvrir la gousse de vanille et gratter les graines \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Battre la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, les graines de vanille et ajouter \u00e0 la fin le sucre en poudre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand les choux sont bien refroidis, faire un trou sur le dessous et remplir de cr\u00e8me avec une poche \u00e0 douille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saupoudrer de sucre glace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9guster de suite ou mettre au frais.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Et si on se faisait un petit plaisir ?
