On en trouve sur les march\u00e9s, de toutes sortes, des gros, des petits, des oranges, des verts, des blancs&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Les potirons, potimarrons, courges butternut, p\u00e2tissons, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Le potimarron est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9 et a ce petit go\u00fbt de chataigne qui le distingue des autres. Je rappelle qu&rsquo;en plus il est facile \u00e0 utiliser car il ne n\u00e9cessite pas d&rsquo;\u00e9pluchage. En effet sa peau assez coriace quand m\u00eame disparait \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Pratique non ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Risotto-Risotto-potimarron-foie-gras.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Risotto-Risotto-potimarron-foie-gras.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-618\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Risotto-Risotto-potimarron-foie-gras.JPG 500w, https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Risotto-Risotto-potimarron-foie-gras-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes<\/span><\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 240 g de riz arborio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u00bc de potimarron<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 4 tranches de terrine de foie gras (ou bloc)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 2 CS d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 2 CS de noisettes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 1 oignon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> parmesan en copeaux<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 2 cubes de bouillon de poule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 12,5 cl de vin blanc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 2 CS de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Couper le potimarron en petits cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Quand il a blondi , ajouter le riz et les cubes de potimarron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Remuer pendant 1 min, puis verser le vin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Faire chauffer 1 litre d&rsquo;eau bouillante, ajouter les bouillons et laisser fondre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Quand le vin est compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9, commencer \u00e0 verser un peu de bouillon, juste pour couvrir le riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Laisser mijoter tranquillement \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Ajouter du bouillon \u00e0 chaque fois qu&rsquo;il est absorb\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Cette cuisson dure environ 25 \u00e0 30 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Si le riz semble trop ferme, rajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau et couvrir 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> A la fin de la cuisson du riz, incorporer la cr\u00e8me et les noisettes concass\u00e9es au couteau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Servir tr\u00e8s chaud parsem\u00e9 de copeaux de parmesan et du foie gras coup\u00e9 en morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <em>Et pourquoi pas un <a>quinoasotto<\/a> ?<\/em><span style=\"display: block; width: 147px; height: 26px; position: relative; padding: 0; border: 10px 0px; margin: 0; clear: both;\"><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ca y est !
