{"id":710,"date":"2014-08-29T10:01:11","date_gmt":"2014-08-29T08:01:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/index.php\/2022\/10\/06\/crumble-de-chorizo-sur-un-pave-de-colin\/"},"modified":"2023-12-15T07:07:28","modified_gmt":"2023-12-15T06:07:28","slug":"crumble-de-chorizo-sur-un-pave-de-colin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/index.php\/2014\/08\/29\/crumble-de-chorizo-sur-un-pave-de-colin\/","title":{"rendered":"Crumble de chorizo sur un pav\u00e9 de colin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai profit\u00e9 des vacances pour essayer plusieurs recettes qui me faisaient de l&rsquo;oeil depuis un moment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Notamment celle-ci que j&rsquo;avais rep\u00e9r\u00e9e sur la carte d&rsquo;un restaurant mais avec de la morue (je n&rsquo;en n&rsquo;ai pas trouv\u00e9e donc je me suis retranch\u00e9e sur du colin).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> J&rsquo;aime beaucoup utiliser le chorizo dans la cuisine, je trouve qu&rsquo;il apporte une touche \u00e9pic\u00e9e \u00e0 des produits qui peuvent \u00eatre parfois un peu fades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Une belle exp\u00e9rience que j&rsquo;ai cuisin\u00e9e 2 fois depuis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Poisson-poissson-crumble-de-chorizo--1-.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Poisson-poissson-crumble-de-chorizo--1-.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-711\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Poisson-poissson-crumble-de-chorizo--1-.JPG 500w, https:\/\/alabonnesoupe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Poisson-poissson-crumble-de-chorizo--1--300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes <\/span><\/em>:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4 pav\u00e9s de colin (ou autre poisson)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">60 g de chorizo<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">25 g de beurre<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de chapelure<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">30 g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D\u00e9couper le chorizo et retirer la peau.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Le passer au mixer puis ajouter le beurre mou, la chapelure et le parmesan.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mixer de nouveau de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te sableuse.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D\u00e9poser les pav\u00e9s de poisson dans un plat ou sur une plaque de cuisson et recouvrir de chapelure de chorizo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mettre au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 15 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Servir avec un riz blanc.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"display: block; width: 147px; height: 26px; position: relative; padding: 0; border: 10px 0px; margin: 0; clear: both;\"><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J&rsquo;ai profit\u00e9 des vacances pour essayer plusieurs recettes qui me faisaient de l&rsquo;oeil depuis un moment.
